💊 Problematic
How can we design a website that effectively provides information about autism, promotes the association's work, and encourages users to financially support its missions?
🪂 Challenge
Time: My first challenge was to complete the website design in two weeks, while incorporating daily client feedback.
User experience: The client had three main objectives: to help users better understand autism, to encourage them to donate to the charity, and to raise awareness about the charity. The home page had to highlight these three elements.
Interface design: The website design is based on the logo's identity and colour palette, each associated with a specific category to facilitate navigation. The use of powerful images was also essential to illustrate the topics and allow users to better visualise themselves in the context.
🧠 My approach
Discovery phase
Client consultation: We conducted a workshop with the Vaincre l'Autisme team to understand how the association works, its objectives, its target audience, and the information to be highlighted.
Design
UI/UX Design: Design of an intuitive and visually captivating website, designed to offer smooth navigation, quick access to the information needed, comfortable navigation on all media and, above all, to motivate the user to make a donation, in particular through the use of CTAs.
📈 Résults & Impact
The design was conceived to precisely meet the association's priority needs, ensuring their complete satisfaction. This project allowed me to improve my ability to design effectively while maintaining a smooth and consistent customer relationship throughout the process.
