💊 Problematic
How to design an identity and website for Splash that reflects both its expertise in web/mobile design and development and its ability to transform its clients' business ideas into user-centered digital products?
🪂 Challenge
As a UX/UI designer and graphic designer at Splash, my mission was to create the agency's visual identity and website mock-ups.
Splash is a web/mobile design and development agency whose priority is to transform clients' business ideas into digital products that serve their users.
🧠 My approach
Initially, my approach was to determine what values and image we wanted to promote through this website. I based my work on the phrase, ‘We contribute our pixel to your edifice,’ in order to highlight the technical digital aspect, as well as our support for companies that wish to grow and become ‘edifices.’
The pixel is therefore featured in the logo, which is a piece of the letter H, meaning that we bring a part of Splash to each company.
For the colours, I wanted the user to see our technical expertise first. I chose to work with a dark grey and a blue similar to the one found on Figma or Webflow when creating a mock-up or developing a website. (The colour of the selection blocks on Figma, for example.)
