How can we design a web and mobile business tool that gives customers access to a comprehensive, flexible, secure, and easy-to-use savings solution that meets their financial needs while ensuring an optimal user experience?
🪂 Challenge
User Experience: In order to fully understand user journeys, I worked closely with Louis, project manager at Placement Direct. This large-scale project, carried out over more than three months, required a solid phase of familiarisation with the subject, as well as rigorous work to define objectives, structure workflows and set strategic priorities.
Investor Profile: The investor profile journey was a real challenge, especially on mobile. It required integrating a large amount of information, managing complex conditional responses, and complying with strict regulatory constraints, all without compromising the user experience.
Interface design: Based on Placement Direct's graphic charter, the design aims to offer smooth and intuitive navigation. It makes long and complex journeys more enjoyable through the use of illustrations, while ensuring that data is presented in a clear and accessible way.
🧠 My approach
Research phase
Client consultation: We conducted workshops and in-depth discussions with the Placement Direct team to understand their objectives, target audience, specific needs and, above all, the various conditions of the business.
Design
UI/UX Design: For such a complex subject, the interface had to be both fluid and user-friendly. It was designed to allow users to easily explore their contracts, view details, track their history and transactions, make payments, access news and even communicate with support.
📈 Résults & Impact
Thanks to rigorous planning, a trusting collaboration with Louis and Gilles, and a design that was both structured and creative, we delivered a web application mock-up that was completely aligned with Placement Direct's expectations. This project demonstrates my ability to design efficient, intuitive digital solutions tailored to highly complex technical subjects.
