How to design a business application that allows Eskimoz customers to access their SEO/SEA data and manage their campaigns effectively?
🪂 Challenge
User Experience: To fully understand the specific features of each tool, I took dedicated training courses and conducted an in-depth audit of competitor business applications. This large-scale project, which took more than three months to complete, required a significant amount of work to familiarise myself with the subject matter, define objectives, establish workflows and set strategic priorities.
Distinction between the customer and the administrator: Design of three distinct user paths: customer, administrator, and administrator acting as a customer. Each profile has a personalised dashboard, integrating project management, administrative monitoring, access to business tools and much more.
Interface design: Design of an attractive web application using a comprehensive Design System. The design is meant to guide the user intuitively and present data in a clear and accessible way, particularly through the creation and integration of effective data visualisations.
🧠 My approach
Research phase
Client consultation: We held workshops and in-depth discussions with the Eskimoz team to understand their objectives, target audience, specific needs and, above all, their tools, two to three times a week.
Competitor analysis: We studied competitors' web applications and best practices in SEO, SEA, social ads, and content marketing to identify key features and design elements.
Design
UI/UX Design: Design of a visually captivating interface that embodies Eskimoz's artistic vision while offering users easy navigation to explore their data, tools, and all the information they need.
API (application programming interface): Implementation of APIs to integrate existing tools and facilitate development.
📈 Résults & Impact
Thanks to strategic planning, organised and creative design, and innovative development, my team and I delivered a mock-up of the web application that met Eskimoz's expectations while pushing our limits and capabilities. This project illustrates my commitment to designing impactful and technical digital solutions.
